Restaurant 101

This restaurant is designed for an International Client. This project is special because it is designed for Space Metaverse, which means that people with the right account are able to experience the fullness of this space on the Metaverse. The building is inspired by traditional Japanese Architecture. The big stylized windows, warm lighting, and wooden interior blending with the white snowy exterior create an aura of the space that is almost otherworldly.

Poyga Inn

The form of the building is inspired by the peaks of the surrounding mountains. Large double-pane glass windows allow the beautiful landscape to blend with the interior, providing thermal comfort at the same time. It is a hotel with 8 spacious bedrooms with attached baths and a double-height restaurant on the front side, while the kitchen, two toilets, laundry, and storage room are placed at the back of the building. Thanks to the thoughtful form of the building that despite incorporating so many spaces, it still doesn't dominate the context and instead blends really well. This hotel is being constructed in the beautiful valley of Hunza.

Pepsi Dinning Center- LUMS

This Project is done with the Lahore University of Management Sciences LUMS. The scope of the project includes Interior Modelling and Visualization of the Pepsi Dining Center. It is the largest cafeteria in LUMS comprising a 180' long Dining Hall along with two other smaller ones, 4 Bar Areas, a Ladies' Toilet, Gents Toilet, 2 open to the sky areas, and two large outdoor areas. The project took almost a month to get completed. With multiple revisions, site visits, and various proposals for structural modifications, interior colors, textures, lighting, furniture styles, and furniture layout eventually we came up with the perfect Interior Design for a space this large.

Modern Minimalist Cottage

The site comprises two terraces. The sustainable approach was to keep the terraces intact and design the house in a way that would require the least changes to the existing levels of the site. Since the main entrance is from the top level, therefore we placed the public spaces on that level. The public spaces include an open lounge and dining area, kitchen, storage, and guest bedroom with an attached bath, all placed on the upper level. An internal staircase connects the upper level with the lower one, which includes two more bedrooms that have access to the outdoors and attached baths. The asymmetrical pitched roof mimics the peaks of the surrounding mountains. The wooden exterior gives it a natural look. The large windows allow the users to enjoy the beautiful landscape outside during all seasons.

KCBL-Bank Interior

KCBL is a vibrant financial institution with many branches and units across GB. We worked with them as Interior Architects and Consultants for a period of time. We redesigned their offices in two of their branches, proposed and finalized materials and color scheme for the facade renovation and also redesigned a 50' long entrance gate. As always we preferred using materials that ae locally available, which is more sustainable approach to building construction and aesthetics.
